Abstract	5-(Alkoxyiminomethyl)uracil derivatives 7-9 were prepared from 5-formyluracil (3) and examined their antiviral activities. The structure of the oxime ether 8aⅢ as a representative example was confirmed by 1H NMR and NOE experiments.
