암모니아 용액중에서 습식산화에 의하여 아연광으로부터 아연 및 황을 추출하였다. 암모니아의 농도에 산화율에 미치는 영향이 지대하여 반응온도 및 농도가 낮을 때에는 아연이 황보다 침출율이 저하함을 알았다. 그 함유량에 대하여 최고 Zn은 55%, S는 50% 침출이 가능하였고 이 때는 조건은 다음과 같다. 가압압력;4.2kg/cm2, 농도; 60℃, 용매농도;25%NH3-sa-sol, 입도;270mesh, 시간;20hr

By means of aqueous oxidation in ammonia solution, metallic zinc and sulfur in marmatite were leached. In this study, it was found that the concentration of ammonia was extremely influenced on the oxidation ratio of Zn and S, and the more the leaching temperature was low, the more their leaching ratio was decreased. The maximum leaching ratio to the contents in marmatite was obtained at the following conditions. Particle size 270 mesh above, NH3 conc., 25%, Press. 4.2 kg/cm2, Temp. 60 ℃, Time 20hrs. Leaching ratio; Zn 55% and S 50%.
