Kinetic Study using Ultrasonic Technique on the Dissociation-Recombination Reaction between Micelle and Counter-ion in Dodecyl Pyridinium Chloride Solution

초음파를 이용한 Dodecyl Pyridinium Chloride 수용액중의 미셀과 반대이온 사이의 해리-재결합반응의 반응속도론적 연구

계면활성제 dodecyl pyridinium chloride 수용액에서의 초음파흡수를 20℃, 진동수 0.1∼90 Mc에서 측정하였다. 초과흡수는 cmc 이상의 농도에서만 관측되었다. 초음파초과흡수의 메카니즘은 M2 ↔ M1 + 1.2Cl- 반응에 기인됨을 알았다. 여기서 M2, M1은 다른형의 미셀이다. 정, 역반응속도상수는 각각 6.6 × 105 sec-1 and 2.7 × 1011sec-1 mol-1,2임이 관측되었다. 자유에너지, 엔탈피, 엔트로피등 몇가지 반응속도론적성질도 산출하였다.

The ultrasonic absorption has been measured in aqueous solution of dodecyl pyridinium chloride (DPC) at 20℃ over the frequency range of 0.1∼90 Mc.The excess absorption was observed only in solutions in which the concentration was higher than the critical micellar concentration(cmc). The mechanism for this feature was attributed to the reaction M2 ↔ M1 + 1.2Cl- Where M2 and M1 are two types of micelle. The rate constants of the forward and the reverse reactions were 6.6 × 105 sec-1 and 2.7 × 1011sec-1 mol-1,2 respectively. Some kinetic charateristics including the free energy, enthalpy and entropy were calculated.
