Abstract	어패류 속의 마이크로시스틴은 다른 단백질과 서로 결합하여 존재하기 때문에 이를 정확하게 정량 분석하기는 매우 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마이크로시스틴의 가장 특징적인 Adda부분을 화학적으로 잘라내면 2-methyl-3-methoxy-4-phenylbutyric acid(MMPB)라는 물질이 생성된다. 이 물질을 에스테르화시켜서 GC로 분석하는 방법을 이용하여 어패류 속의 마이크로시스틴을 정확하게 정량분석할 수 있었다. It is very difficult to analyze microcystins quantitatively in shellfish, since microcystins in shellfish easily combine with other proteins. Therefore, in this study, we produced 2-methyl-3-methoxy-4-phenylbutyric acid (MMPB) by separating Adda, the most characteristic part of microcystins, from the complexes of proteins and microcystins. MMPB was esterified and used for the quantitative analysis of microcystins in shellfish using GC.
