Studies on the Light Fastness of Dyeings (3) Effect of Dye Concentration on the Visual Judgement of Fading

플루오로벤젠과 할로겐 또는 할로겐간화합물 사이의 착물에 관한 연구

플루오르벤젠과 일염화요오드, 일브롬화요오드, 브롬 또는 염소의 각 계를 사염화탄소 용액에서 분광광도법에 의하여 연구한 결과, C6H5F-ICl, C6H5F-Br2, 또는 C6H5F-Cl2의 착물이 형성됨을 알았다. 이들 착물형성에 대한 실온에서의 평형상수는 각각 0.161, 0.072, 0.045 및 0.035 Lmole-1이다. 이 결과와 문헌에 보고된 연구결과를 종합적으로써 이러한 착물의 상대적 안정도가 다음 순으로 감소함을 알 수 있었다. ICl>IBr>I2>Cl2 C6H6>C6H5Br>C6H5Cl>C6H5F

Fading of Chlorantine Fast Red 5B (C.I. Direct Red 81) on cotton fabric exposed to carbon are light was examined. It was observed that the dye had anomaly in CF curve slope, while normal in CFG one. Auther considered that the reason for discrepancy of the one with the other curve slope might be appeared from Weber-Fechner law, and derived following equation Fv = [logCo - log(Co - CoFt/100)]×100/(logCo + b)where Ft; the proportion of dye faded after t hour exposure. Fv; the proportion of dye faded after t hour exposure, when a pattern is judged by visual method C0; initial dye concentration. b ; constant. also, the reason for increasing lightfastness with dye concentration was discussed on view of the above equation.
