Abstract	The partition function of liquid halogens is developed applying the significant liquid structure theory proposed by H. Eyring and co-workers. The parameters in the partition function are determined by triple point technique which was proposed by the authors in the previous paper, and also the thermodynamic properties and the surface tension are calculated by the method therein.
