Title	Preparation and Characterization of Titanium Dioxide Embedded onto ZSM-5 Zeolite

Abstract	Chemical vapor deposition of TiCl4 followed by the hydrolysis thereof at elevated temperatures was employed for the formation of TiO2 clusters inside ZSM-5 matrix. BET and XRD revealed that the zeolite structure remains intact. XPS, Raman, FTIR, and UV-VIS reflectance spectroscopy indicated that TiO2 particles thus formed are extremely small and localized inside the zeolite matrix.
