Abstract	The gravimetric determination of scandium by di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate(DEHPA) as a precipitant and the mole ratio of Sc-DEHPA arecipitation obtained in ethanol medium have been investigated. Scandium can be determined by gravimetric method of precipitation of Sc-DEHPA and the mole ratio of Sc-DEHPA is found as 1 :2 in ethanol medium.
